How long will my order take to be made?
Many of the items are in stock and are dispatched next working day. Some items are made to order and carry creation times of 1-7 working days, see individual listings for details on each piece.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on where in the world you are located. I am based in Ireland and use our national carrier AnPost to ship orders.
Generally fro time of completion order will arrive within the following timeframe, please also allow time to clear customs and watch for customs notifications to avoid delays.
Ireland : 1-3 working days
Great Britain : 3-5 working days
Europe : 3-5 working days
UAE : 6-9 working days
USA : 6-9 working days
Australia : 6-9 working days
rest of World: 9-14 working days
Do you do rush orders?
Yes. It is possible to rush an order through if the item is in stock. Please contact me first via hello@bykyna.ie. Rush orders will incur extra express delivery fees of approx €6-€20.
Are all your accessories handmade?
Yes. Every one of our accessories are carefully designed and handcrafted. We have a tiny team of creators at our studio workshop in Ireland and also work with artisan beaders to produce our accessories. Many talented hands are involved in the careful creation of each KYNA MAREE piece.
Do you do bespoke orders?
No. I do not offer a fully bespoke service but some of the styles can be tweaked so do get in touch if you seen something you like but would like to discuss options. Email me at hello@bykyna.ie
Can you help me choose a style?
Yes! I absolutely can. I meet with Brides in my studio daily helping them style their Bridal look and have been doing so for over a decade. Feel free to send me an email with a brief idea of what you are looking for, include a picture of the all-important dress and let me know what way you intend to wear your hair. I will come back to you with suggestions.

Where can I read reviews?
You can read reviews on our review page, on Google or on our social media platforms @kynamaree where you will hear from lots of happy Brides and clients.
Can I spread my payment?
We have recently added Klarna to our payment options. This is a safe and flexible way to spread the cost of your purchases and we are delighted to be able to offer this service to our customers.
